What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Paralegal position at SuperDial?
SuperDial is building the automation layer for healthcare operations. Our AI-powered platform helps healthcare organizations manage complex administrative workflows such as revenue cycle operations, reducing manual work and improving efficiency across the healthcare system.
We’re looking for a Paralegal to support contracts, legal operations, and commercial agreements as we scale. This role will work closely with leadership, sales, and external counsel to ensure contracts move quickly and risk is managed appropriately.

About the Role:
- Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, including:
- SaaS agreements
- MSAs and Statements of Work
- Business Associate Agreements
- NDAs
- Vendor Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including redlines, version control, and execution.
- Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters and escalations.
- Maintain and improve legal templates, playbooks, and internal processes.
- Support compliance, data privacy, and healthcare-related legal documentation.
- Help implement and manage contract management systems and documentation workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure contracts close efficiently.
About You:
- 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional
- Strong experience working with commercial contracts and SaaS agreements
- Comfortable managing redlines and negotiations
- Experience working with startups, technology companies, or healthcare organizations is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA or related frameworks)
- Experience supporting sales contracts or enterprise deals
- Familiarity with contract management tools

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
