Responsibilities
- Supervise children during before-school and after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Lead engaging youth group activities, including arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and educational projects
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and social interaction among children
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to first aid protocols, CPR procedures, and emergency response guidelines
- Support children with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs), applying inclusive teaching techniques
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute age-appropriate programming that fosters childhood development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that arise
