Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative curriculum plans tailored to toddler development stages, incorporating literacy education, early intervention strategies, and basic math concepts.
• Provide attentive toddler care by supervising daily activities, ensuring safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies to foster a respectful and cooperative environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to build strong partnerships.
• Maintain accurate documentation of child development progress and adhere to mandated reporting laws when necessary.
• Facilitate classroom management by organizing materials, setting up engaging learning stations, and ensuring a clean, organized space conducive to exploration.
• Incorporate physical education activities to promote motor skills development and overall health in line with early childhood education standards.
