Project Manager - Flooring

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Flooring projects to lead and coordinate large-scale flooring initiatives from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of flooring installation and renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive successful project outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse flooring projects, utilizing advanced construction management software and industry-leading tools to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of flooring projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to define project requirements and establish clear communication channels.
• Review blueprints and contracts to accurately interpret project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques and RFMS software to prepare accurate cost estimates for flooring materials and labor.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use construction management software such as ProCore for document control, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to design schematics.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate tasks among team members, track milestones, and address potential delays proactively.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations while maintaining excellent time management practices.

Experience

• Proven experience managing flooring or related construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading and contract management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as RFMS
• Strong background in project scheduling, coordination, and execution within a fast-paced construction environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
