ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to Builders
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
- Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
- Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
- Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
- Experience with the Builder industry is preferred.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
