Job Title: Graphic Designer

Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into visually compelling materials that align with our brand identity and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including print graphics, digital ads, trade show displays, signage, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual assets.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure accurate color, layout, and production specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and production techniques.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2 years of professional design experience (preferably in print or large-format production environments).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience preparing files for print production.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-format printing, signage, or environmental graphics.
• Familiarity with prepress and RIP software.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills a plus.
• Photography or illustration experience beneficial.
  
  

Work Environment

This position works closely with the creative, production, and project management teams. It may require occasional overtime during peak production periods.
