Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and process digital files for printing, ensuring proper file formats, resolution, color profiles, and fonts.
- Review customer-provided artwork and make necessary adjustments to meet printing requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure files meet press specifications including bleed, trim, and color settings.
- Perform preflight checks to identify and correct issues before files are sent to production.
- Manage color calibration and profiling to help maintain consistent color reproduction across printing devices and substrates.
- Work closely with production coordinators and press operators to address any prepress-related issues and prevent production delays or errors.
- Communicate with sales representatives and customer service teams when artwork corrections or clarifications are required.
- Maintain organized file management and version control for all production artwork.
- Follow company standards and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
- Any other related task and/or responsibility assigned by supervisor.

- Experience in prepress operations within the printing industry preferred.

- Proficiency with graphic design and prepress software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Understanding of color management, file formats, and print production processes.
