Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of our establishment. This is a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and dining areas
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and disinfectants
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to housekeeping schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Experience in floor care (e.g., carpet cleaning, waxing) is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
