Laundry attendant and housekeepers needed

Duties

• Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, and, dryers
• Handle laundry materials with care, including sorting, loading, unloading, and folding linens, andtowels.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas by performing dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation tasks.
• Use push carts and other materials handling tools to transport laundry loads efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper handling of laundry detergents and chemicals to prevent accidents.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to laundry loads or cleaning supplies while maintaining proper manual handling techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests related to laundry services or room cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to operate garment care machines such as industrial dryers and garment care machines safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
