Responsibilities
Our Housekeepers are primarily responsible for cleaning and restocking guestrooms and related areas safely and efficiently, while complying with hotel policies, procedures, and standards of cleanliness. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure
- Making beds
- Replacing dirty linens and towels
- Dust furniture
- Restock guestroom amenities such as toiletries, stationary, and drinking glasses
- Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts
- Notifying the maintenance department about broken or damaged items
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow hotel security guidelines
