Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Fabricate and repair equipment as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairing logic controllers.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical components and systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and wiring diagrams.
- Perform residential painting and other general maintenance tasks to enhance facility aesthetics.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience with supervising teams or leading projects is preferred.
- Proficient in using tools such as Ohmmeters and other maintenance equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
