What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance worker position at Super 8 by Wyndham?
Hotel Maintenance responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at any time:
1. Perform routine maintenance throughout the property, to include painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning, drywall, plumbing, a/c, and door lock maintenance.
2. Complete a wide range of repairs, as needed and upon request.
3. Clean and maintain the hotel’s exterior area and public spaces, including mowing, trimming, and gardening to maintain curb appeal.
4. Work as part of a team and complete all work assigned in a timely manner.
Experience: must have 1 year apartments or hotel experience.
