Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors in common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and janitorial practices.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous.
