Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors regularly.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet hotel standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other supplies to enhance guest comfort.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Follow safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
Skills
