About the Role
SunSoft Online is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a state revenue agency's Tucson office. You will assist taxpayers with filing help, refund and billing issues, account research and adjustments, and tax policy questions, serving customers by phone, live chat, walk-in, correspondence, and email.
Required: basic office and computer skills, and past customer service experience (or experience working with taxes).High school diploma or equivalent.
