What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of enthusiastic wash-crew members
- Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
- Deliver a shiny, top-notch experience for every customer who rolls through
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day site performance
- Help drive sales and build a positive, high-energy culture
- Support hiring, training, and team development as we expand
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or management experience (car wash, retail, or hospitality is a plus)
- A sunny attitude and strong leadership skills
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
Pay & Perks
