General Manager- Car Wash

Jammin Car Wash is looking for an experienced Site Manager for our premium car wash in Lutz, Florida.

The Site Manager will drive daily car wash operations which will include developing and managing high functioning service teams, building and fostering strong customer relationships and processing high quality, clean cars for our Express Car Wash.

Looking for candidates who:

• Have a strong customer service background and enjoy providing an excellent service experience to customers.
• Enjoy working hard in an outdoors fast paced customer focused environment (not an office job)
• Willing to adapt and re adapt to the ever changing business environment.
• Understand and utilize financial analysis tools to grow the business
• Can drive profit through customer satisfaction, increased volume, and customer loyalty
• Enjoy team building including training, developing people and leading by example.
• Have mechanical aptitude
• Want a compensation plan that can be significantly driven by their own efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience including staff management of 8 or more employees.
• Previous Car Wash management experience strongly required.
• Will have hands on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, electronics, and pumps. Have the ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to work 50-55 hours a week including weekends.
• General knowledge of employment laws and human resource policies and programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills required.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills a plus.
• Strong work ethic, energy and motivation.
• Previous human resources training and bi-lingual ability is a plus
• This is a full-time, exempt, management opportunity and requires a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors and in wet conditions.
• Must possess the ability to perform staff scheduling, troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, maintenance and adjustments to the equipment.

This position will report to the Owner/CFO of Jammin Carwash.

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 /year

Experience:

• Management/ mechanical: 2 years (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Trade School or Degree is a plus
