What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a bright, sunny smile and make their day
- Promote and sell wash packages, memberships, and add-ons
- Answer questions and resolve concerns quickly and positively
- Keep the front lanes and customer areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Hit and exceed sales goals while having fun doing it
What We're Looking For
- A natural people-person with strong sales or customer service skills
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a competitive drive
- Reliable and ready to work 30-40 hours per week
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
Pay & Perks
- $20 - $35 per hour, including hourly pay plus commission
