Sunshine Advantage is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians who want to help kids and make a difference.
In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with a child, helping them learn everyday skills like communicating, playing, and following routines. You’ll always have support from a supervisor (BCBA), so you’re never doing this alone.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one support to children in their home or community
- Follow a clear treatment plan created by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Help teach communication, social, and everyday life skills
- Track progress during each session
- Follow behavior plans and learning programs
- Communicate with your supervisor, team, and families
- Support caregivers when appropriate
- Complete session notes and required documentation
- Attend trainings and team meetings
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to complete training and obtain RBT certification
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
