Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Clinic-Based ABA Preschool & After-School Program
We are seeking an experienced, passionate BCBA to lead clinical programming, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality ABA services embedded within learning routines and school-readiness frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
Supervision & Clinical Support
- Provide direct supervision to BTs and RBTs in the clinic
- Deliver real-time coaching to ensure treatment fidelity
- Model ABA strategies and provide actionable feedback
- Support staff with clinical decision-making related to behavior, motivation, and learning barriers
Treatment Planning & Protocol Modification
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with ABA best practices
- Modify protocols based on data, progress, and clinical priorities
- Ensure programming is functional, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate
- Monitor treatment integrity and consistent goal implementation
Parent Training & Collaboration
- Conduct parent training aligned with treatment goals
- Provide caregivers with practical strategies to promote generalization
- Maintain professional, collaborative family relationships
Assessments & Clinical Documentation
- Complete assessments and reassessments within required timelines
- Review and analyze data to inform clinical decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation for supervision, assessments, parent training, and protocol changes
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and payer requirements
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- NJ LBA or eligibility within the NJ LBA pathway
- 3 years of ABA experience, including:
- School curriculum modeling
- Social-emotional support
- Group learning environments
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
