Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments to drive individualized care
• Create clear, data-driven clinical reports to support ongoing service authorizations
• Train and supervise RBTs and BTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and quality
• Develop and update comprehensive ABA programs with evidence-based strategies
• Provide culturally sensitive parent training tailored to each family’s needs
• Attend case review meetings and advocate effectively for your clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance
• Collaborate with our clinical leadership on program evaluations and performance goals
• Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case management

What You Need:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism
• Passion for family-centered care and outcome-driven therapy
• Resident Living in South Carolina
• Successful background check clearance
