About the Role:
As the Manager, Logistics Management, you will lead the department’s daily operations while driving service, growth, and profitability. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing team, improving processes, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
What Will You Do?
Lead daily operations and freight execution
Manage and develop supervisors and team members
Drive KPIs including service, load count, revenue, and margin
Build strong customer relationships through consistent service
Partner with internal teams to solve issues and improve processes
Oversee reporting, billing accuracy, and business reviews
Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
5 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
3 years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and customer service
Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
