What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the setup and launch of new vacation rental homes
- Enter owner and property data into Track PMS
- Manage licensing and permit applications (STR, business licenses, accommodations tax)
- Keep onboarding timelines moving quickly and efficiently
- Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new owners immediately after signing
- Coordinate and oversee property photography and Matterport uploads
- Stage homes for photo readiness and ensure properties are fully reset afterward
- Review listings for accuracy, completeness, and visual quality
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly property descriptions
- Ensure amenities, features, and configurations are accurate across all booking channels
- Coordinate lock installations, codes, and documentation
- Maintain onboarding checklists, recurring fees, and setup accuracy
- Track outstanding tasks and follow through with internal teams and vendors
- Support smooth property offboarding, including lock retrieval and final documentation
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or administrative coordination
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong follow-through and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in systems, checklists, and process-driven environments
- Experience with Canva or Photoshop is a plus
