Duties
- Perform gardening maintenance tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, watering, bed maintenance, pine straw placement
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Conduct regular plant care activities such as fertilizing and pest control.
- Monitor plant health and growth, implementing appropriate care techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new garden layouts or improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in gardening is preferred.
- Knowledge of plant species, growth requirements, and maintenance techniques is beneficial.
- A passion for gardening and a willingness to learn new skills related to plant care and design.
