We are currently searching for an Activities Assistant / Hospice Marketing Coordinator for our Boutique Hospice.
An activities/marketing assistant in a senior living community plays a vital part in enriching the lives of residents. Our Hospice provides combined activities with communities through thoughtful planning and caring interaction, as a professional you help foster social connections, encourage active participation, and enhance daily enjoyment. Your efforts contribute to a warm and vibrant atmosphere where every resident feels valued.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Helping design, organize, and implement events tailored to residents’ interests and abilities throughout various communities.
- Leading group and individual activities that promote engagement and a sense of belonging
- Preparing spaces and managing supplies, ensuring activities run smoothly
- Monitoring residents’ safety and comfort during activities
- Recording participation, gathering feedback, and adapting programs as needed
- Collaborating with care staff, volunteers, and families to meet individual needs
- Provide liaison support with each community during visits
- Proactively establish a calendar of events for multiple locations throughout the geographical territory
- Participate and conduct community events at various councils on aging, health fairs, etc.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure Social Media exploration.
