Overview
Work as part of a two-person crew cleaning commercial carpets at stores across NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, and MS. You’ll work with a Crew Lead who shows you the ropes and keeps the night on track. No experience needed — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

- Reports to: Crew Lead
What a Win Looks Like
You show up on time, every time. You work hard and keep pace with the crew. You learn from your Crew Lead and follow directions. By the end of the night, the job is done right — and your Crew Lead knows they can count on you to do it again tomorrow.
Schedule & Travel
- Night shift, usually starting around 8:00 PM
- Travel across NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, and MS
- Some nights away from home in a hotel
- $30 per diem paid per day for each day away from home in a hotel
- Schedule can change week to week
What You’ll Do
- Clean carpets alongside your Crew Lead at each store
- Keep up the pace so the crew finishes on time
- Load, unload, and take care of the equipment
- Tell your Crew Lead right away if something’s wrong
- Take photos of finished work when asked
- Help with driving when needed
What It Takes
- Ready to lift and carry equipment
- Comfortable standing and walking for hours
- Okay working nights and sleeping during the day
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable — you show up and follow through
- Willing to learn — no cleaning experience required
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
