Hiring: Cell Therapy Analytical Development ( Analyst
Summit, NJ (100% Onsite)
We are looking for a hands-on CTAD Analyst to support a leading biotech organization working in cell therapy analytical development. This role is primarily bench-focused (~95% lab work) and ideal for candidates with strong molecular and cellular biology experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform flow cytometry experiments (multicolor experience preferred, 5 colors ideal)
- Conduct molecular assays including PCR and RT-qPCR
- Work with cell-based assays in 96-well plate formats
- Perform aseptic mammalian cell culture techniques
- Support assay development, troubleshooting, and experimental execution
- Document and maintain accurate lab records in a GMP environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional analytical and QC teams
Required Skills:
- Strong experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with:
- Flow cytometry
- Molecular biology techniques (PCR/qPCR)
- Cell culture and aseptic techniques
- Strong understanding of assay execution and laboratory documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented lab environment
Nice to Have:
- Cell therapy or CAR-T experience
- Lentiviral vector experience
- Cell-based potency assays
- Process characterization or stability testing exposure
Work Details:
- 100% onsite role (Summit West, NJ)
- Occasional travel (20–30%) to Liberty Corner site
- Monday–Friday schedule
