Title: Salesforce Architect Location: 5 days a week onsite to any of the following locations: Brownsville, Ripon, Green Bay, or Milwaukee, WI Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Responsibilities
  • Architect and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
  • Lead architecture and stabilization of multiple Salesforce projects post go live
  • Design and enhance Field Service workflows for scheduling, dispatch, routing, and mobile workforce optimization
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce, Workday (ERP), and other enterprise systems
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors and lead external development resources
  • Help define roadmap and architecture for upcoming Salesforce and Field Service initiatives
  • Support enhancements for multiple divisions currently live on Salesforce
Must Have Skills
  • Strong Salesforce architecture experience
  • Salesforce development background
  • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud experience
  • Experience with system integrations
