Job Summary
Seeking an Accounting Admin Assistant to support purchasing, invoice processing, bank deposit reconciliation, records management, and front-desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage blanket purchase orders and process/approve invoices.
- Monitor purchase order balances and respond to customer inquiries.
- Validate bank deposits and reconcile amounts received.
- Oversee reception desk, mail/courier services, meeting rooms, and vehicle services.
- Maintain revenue records and databases.
- Conduct product/service research and provide recommendations.
- Manage annual inventory of office supplies and equipment.
