Directing our Northern territory. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional who also leads with heart. Experience working with detox and residential treatment centers is highly preferred, along with a deep compassion for the population we serve.

About Sunrise Recovery
- 101 beds across Southern Indiana and 45 in Lafayette, Indiana
- Levels of care: Detox, Residential (ASAM 3.5), PHP, and IOP

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth goals
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Coordinators in the North territory
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategies with our Southern operations and clinical teams
- Track, manage, and optimize relationships using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance updates for leadership
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven success in business development and sales leadership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strategic thinker with experience in market analysis and growth planning
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal
