About Sunrise Inn
Sunrise Inn is a café, bar, motel, store and fuel stop at Mile 45 of the Sterling Highway in Cooper Landing, Alaska. It's been a roadhouse since 1952, and we're open year round. We're hiring a bartender to start as soon as possible.
Housing available: $300 a month, utilities included.
What you'll do
- Pour beer and wine and make drinks during bar hours
- Check IDs and serve responsibly
- Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for the next shift
- Take care of locals, travelers and families like they're regulars
- Handle the register and close out at the end of the night
What we're looking for
- 21 or older
- An Alaska TAM card, or willing to get one within your first 30 days
- Bartending or serving experience preferred
- Friendly, steady and comfortable keeping the room a good place to be
- Able to work evenings and weekends
Pay and housing
- Pay: Starting at $14/Hr tips
- Housing: $300 a month, utilities included. Available to anyone relocating to work with us.
