- Salary: $60,000–80,000 DOE
- Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement/Life
- Hours: Typically, 8am-4:30pm with some evenings and weekends due to contracts and service demands.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field 2 years’ relevant experience —or— 6 years’ equivalent experience, required.
- ODDS-approved credential (ACRE, APSE, etc.) or ability to obtain ASAP.
- Passion for both direct service and strategic community impact required.
- Proven history of strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Must have ability and desire to relate to persons with physical/mental disabilities with dignity and respect.
- Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurable by Sunrise insurance carrier.
- Pass criminal history check.
- Pass drug test, including THC.
- Is adaptable to new methods and accepts feedback and constructive criticism from supervisor.
- Resolves problems in the workplace effectively and with a positive approach.
- Avoids defensive or argumentative communication and actively listens and acknowledges others.
- Contributes to the team effort on a consistent basis.
- Exhibits sensitivity and respect for different cultural backgrounds amongst co-workers and individuals.
- Displays high standard of ethics in the workplace through honest communication and appropriate use and respect for company property.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure all Sunrise services are person-centered, goal-driven, inclusive, supportive, and compliant with federal/state/local regulations.
- Assess demand, identify service gaps, and evaluate program outputs and impact. Adjust or expand services to maximize effectiveness and reach.
- Network with community partners to expand inclusive workplace initiatives.
- Coordinate all factors required for Medicaid Agency Certification and other service certifications and contracts.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with home providers, family members, case managers, consultants, and other funding and service agencies and providers.
- Assist as needed in negotiating placements, hours, service fees, transportation, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely records of provided services for funding and case management.
- Supervise staff, hire, coach, and perform personnel management functions within Employment Services and Community Employment departments.
- Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and implement formal in-service training for all direct-care staff and professional staff, including core competency training.
- Participate in Corporate Safety Committee.
- Participate in keeping balance between operational goals and training goals.
- Serve as part of the corporate Executive Team.
- Attend staff, ISP, and board meetings as needed.
- Develop and implement annual budget for Employment Services, Community Employment, DSA, and Transportation programs.
- All other related duties as assigned.
