Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:

Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility located in Butler, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of caring professionals. As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor and report patient status and changes in condition

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
