Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new breakfast dishes or improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
- Plate dishes attractively and ensure timely delivery of meals to guests or service staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment
Skills
