Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as slicing meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other ingredients using proper knife skills.
- Assist with meal planning and suggest new ideas to enhance menu offerings based on customer preferences.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during all stages of food service to promote safety and hygiene.
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of deli items and serving guests with enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Demonstrated culinary experience with excellent knife skills and meal preparation techniques.
