- Oversee and develop the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract diverse and high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support with a focus on creating and maintaining a best-in-class experience.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruiting effectiveness and efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to advance efforts in recruitment.
- Utilize cold-calling, targeted sourcing and head-hunting techniques to attract talent from similar businesses.
- Develop and articulate a clear EVP that communicates the unique benefits and opportunities SSP offers.
- Together with Marketing, create a consistent and compelling messaging that reflects SSP values, culture, and mission.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract top talent using various channels such as social media, job boards, SSP websites, and employee testimonials.
- Monitor and manage SSP’s presence on employer review sites like Glassdoor and Indeed, responding to reviews and addressing any concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in recruitment as a manager.
- Minimum 1 year experience of agency recruiting specializing in hard-to-find talent acquisition, strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing requisitions and achieving hiring targets.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Travel as needed.
