Job Summary
The Freezer Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehousing operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and movement and storage of goods & raw materials. They coordinate with team members, monitor processes, and ensure adherence to safety standards, production schedules, and shipping schedules. Schedule personnel to ensure efficient warehouse operations, ensure accuracy of data into the SAP system, and ensure an efficient shipping schedule to move product.

This position is a full-time salaried exempt position and has approximately 5 direct reports and would also serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as agreed upon. Flexibility is required for this position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

This job operates in a fast-paced freezer warehouse storage facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is near industrial lift equipment and pallet racking. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

- Coordinate Workforce: Assign tasks to team members, monitor attendance, and manage shift schedules to meet production targets.
- Enforce Safety Protocols: Promote a safe working environment by ensuring all safety procedures are followed, employees are properly trained, and safety briefings are reviewed daily.
- Monitor Equipment & Processes: Observe team performance and manage proper inventory management and data entry of the SAP system.
- Manage Material Flow: Ensure raw materials and components are available and properly used to avoid delays or waste. Ensure finished goods are prepared and shipped timely to meet customer demands.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
- Repetitive lifting and be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Maintain complete, accurate written records.
- Must possess an Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years experience in a leadership role in a warehouse/distribution environment.
- Satisfactorily pass forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in challenging situations while continuing to fill core responsibilities
- Experience with inventory software, scanning devices is required; SAP experience highly desirable
