Sunny’s All Day Brunch & Bar is hiring friendly, hardworking, and team-oriented Servers to join our opening team.
Sunny’s is a new restaurant concept built around upbeat hospitality, fast-paced brunch service, great food, specialty cocktails, and a fun, high-energy environment. Because we are a new concept, we are looking for people who are flexible, reliable, and excited to help build a restaurant from the ground up as a team.
Servers at Sunny’s should be fast on their feet, positive under pressure, and committed to creating a great guest experience from the moment guests sit down until they leave. Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person. Toast POS experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Use Toast POS to ring in orders and manage guest checks
- Maintain strong menu knowledge and answer guest questions confidently
- Work quickly and calmly in a high-volume brunch environment
- Communicate clearly with hosts, bartenders, support staff, and managers
- Keep your section clean, organized, and properly reset throughout the shift
- Assist with side work, opening duties, closing duties, and general restaurant cleanliness
- Tip out support staff according to restaurant policy
- Help create a positive, team-focused culture as Sunny’s continues to grow
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Hardworking, reliable, and flexible
- Ability to move quickly and multitask in a busy restaurant
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
- Toast POS experience preferred
- Must be available for brunch shifts, weekends, and/or after-hours shifts as needed
Schedule
Sunny’s brunch hours are 8:00 AM–9:00 PM.
After-hours shifts are 9:00 PM–1:00 AM Friday and Saturday.
Availability may include mornings, weekends, evenings, and late nights depending on the position and restaurant needs.
Pay
Servers are paid $2.13 per hour plus tips. Servers are also responsible for tipping out support staff according to restaurant policy.
