Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Server Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maintain food safety standards. Your leadership will help create a memorable experience for our guests while supporting the team to deliver top-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer interactions
• Manage POS systems such as Toast for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Monitor inventory control, food production, and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance
• Train new team members on food service techniques, POS operation, customer service, and safety protocols
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Assist with shift management tasks including scheduling, team coordination, and performance feedback

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on managerial communication and team development
