We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ideal candidate will lead a crew in the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial job sites
• Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mini skid steers, skid steers, trimmers, etc.)
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew, and management
• Track materials and project progress
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in landscaping with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and hardscape installation a plus
