Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Supervisor to lead and landscaping teams on a variety of outdoor projects including snow removal. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results.
Pay Rate and Schedule
Hourly pay rate is from $20 to $30 hourly depending on experience. Our typical schedule is from 7:15am to 5:00pm, but days and hours vary based on the seasonality of the business. Your schedule and total number of hours will change depending on weather and customer needs.
Responsibilities
· Lead, supervise and develop employees.
· Manage daily jobsite operations.
· Maintain quality and safety standards.
· Communicate with customers professionally.
· Train crew members.
· Maintain equipment and job documentation.
· Assist crews as needed.
· Coordinate snow removal operations.
Experience
· Minimum 5 years of professional landscaping experience.
· Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential snow removal experience.
· Minimum 3 years leading and supervising landscape crews.
· Experience managing multiple job sites while maintaining quality, safety, schedules, and profitability.
· Knowledge of landscape installation, lawn installation (seed, sod, hydroseeding), lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, plant identification and care, tree and shrub installation, mulching, edging, pruning, snow plowing and salting.
· Experience operating commercial landscape equipment.
· Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
· Strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors year-round.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and snow events.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
