What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at New AJE Landscaping?
Landscape Crew Member
I’m looking to add another person to my landscaping crew! Experience is preferred, but if you’re a hard worker, dependable, and willing to learn, I’m happy to train the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
● Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
● Mulching, weeding, and shrub trimming
● Landscape installs, planting, and general property cleanups
● Operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
● Helping with snow plowing and salting during the winter season, if needed
● Working outside in all types of weather
What I’m looking for:
● Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
● Willingness to learn and work hard
● Reliable transportation and someone who shows up on time
● Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
● Positive attitude and able to work well with a team
Hours can range from part-time to full-time depending on the workload and season.
