Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and experience in supervising a team to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces.
Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various tasks such as lawn and landscape installations
- Plan and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Maintain and repair landscape structures and hardscapes.
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Monitor inventory of tools and materials, ensuring adequate supplies for projects.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices to promote environmental conservation.
Experience:
- Proven experience in landscaping, including operating skid loaders. and other landscaping equipment..
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with landscape design principles is a plus.
