sundays is a non-toxic nail care brand at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and self-care. With multiple studios across New York City, we are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to help bring more qualified new clients into our studios and improve the path from first visit to repeat booking.
This role is focused on new client acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience growing a local service, beauty, wellness, fitness, med spa, salon, hospitality, or multi-location retail business.
Role Mission
Own the marketing system that drives new client growth by location.
You will be responsible for increasing first-time client appointments through local digital marketing, Google Ads, local SEO, Google Business Profile, landing pages, referral campaigns, and booking funnel optimization, working within an agreed marketing budget.
Responsibilities
- Drive qualified new client acquisition for each sundays studio location
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, paid search, and local paid campaigns
- Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile performance for each studio
- Build and test neighborhood-specific landing pages and offers
- Track new client bookings, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue by channel
- Identify which services, offers, neighborhoods, and keywords drive the best new clients
- Improve website and booking funnel conversion from visitor to appointment
- Partner with the retention/email team on first-time client follow-up, rebooking, and package conversion
- Create referral and first-time-client campaigns that bring measurable bookings
- Analyze weekly performance and recommend clear actions to increase new client volume
- Support location-specific campaigns for new studio openings, slow periods, or underperforming studios

Ideal Experience
- 5–7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or local digital marketing
- Experience with local service businesses, beauty, wellness, fitness, med spa, salon, hospitality, or multi-location retail strongly preferred
- Strong Google Ads and local SEO experience
- Comfortable with Google Business Profile, GA4, landing pages, UTM tracking, and reporting
- Experience driving booked appointments, leads, reservations, or in-store visits
- Analytical, practical, hands-on, and able to turn data into action quickly
- Understands that growth means bookings, conversion, repeat visits, and revenue — not just traffic

- Increase qualified new client appointments by location
- Improve cost per new client

First 6–8 Month Goal
Help sundays increase new client volume by approximately 15–25% from the current baseline, equal to roughly 200–325 additional new clients per month across the business once campaigns are optimized.
