Have you done Door-to-Door Sales and know what it takes to knock on a stranger’s door, build rapport quickly, handle rejection, and keep moving?
We’re looking for people with D2D sales experience to join our team as Solar Sales Appointment Setters. We know Outside Sales Representatives have what it takes to handle rejection and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
The role is IN-OFFICE — you won’t be knocking doors in the HOT Arizona heat. But this role DOES require the same skills that make great D2D reps! You are exactly what we’re looking for if you have D2D experience. You MUST be:
- Comfortable talking to complete strangers
- Competitive and motivated by results
- Thick-skinned and able to handle rejection
- High energy and persistent
- Great at building rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and coachable
D2D experience is required! we love people with outside sales experience especially in solar, roofing, pest control, home improvement, windows/doors, or other residential sales.
BENEFITS:
- $17/hour base $500 per appointment that goes to close
- $70K–$120K typical first-year earnings
