Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant position supports K-12 students within a dynamic school setting in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves working onsite throughout the academic year on a contract basis, contributing to the communication development and educational success of students across various grade levels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Speech Language Pathologist in providing speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Deliver therapy sessions aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
• Monitor progress and document student performance accurately
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Maintain compliance with school policies and professional standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license required
• Prior professional experience working within a school environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and staff
• Ability to manage caseload independently and maintain detailed records
