Pediatric Speech Pathology - Minneapolis, MN

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school setting in Minneapolis, MN. This contract role involves managing an elementary caseload of approximately 20-25 students, providing services three days per week (22.5-24 hours). The schedule is flexible, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and flexibility on which three days of the week to work. There is also potential for virtual service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, focusing on individualized therapy plans
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Adapt therapy techniques for in-person or virtual platforms as needed
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery and platforms
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and flexibly
• Eligible or certified as an SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) experience is a plus
