Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Experience working in school settings is valued
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans and therapy programs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert guidance and recommendations
• Educate and counsel students, families, and staff about communication disorders
