Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status considered
• Demonstrated experience with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Strong organizational and time management strategies
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Track student progress; adjust goals and interventions as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and ongoing evaluation
