Speech Language Pathologist in Green Bay, WI

Make a meaningful impact supporting students with speech and language needs in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time contract position offers you the opportunity to serve a diverse caseload of approximately 38–40 students across elementary, middle, and high school settings. You’ll collaborate onsite with a dedicated team of educators and specialists, providing essential speech-language services during the 2026–2027 school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure for practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with a varied age range of students
• Strong commitment to fostering student growth and achievement

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain regular documentation and progress reports according to school and district guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and services
• Provide direct therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high schools onsite
• Remain current with best practices in speech-language pathology
